Located inside the church of San Martin, this center recently established, opened in 2004 in order to make known to visitors all sorts of details related to the town of Paredes de Nava, which has been taken as a model of town of Tierra de Campos.

A series of informative panels referring to both famous characters natives of the town, and the various aspects related to history, culture, society, landscape, art… Without forget the space for the mockups of the typical pigeon lofts, representatives of the rural architecture of the area. It is about taking a walk that starts at the stage of prehistory and ends in the present day.

It makes a tour for the main events that, over time have shaped the character of the region, through the heyday of the town (XV and XVI centuries), in which the most illustrious sons of Paredes de Nava gave to posterity immortal literary and artistic works (Alonso Berruguete, Jorge Manrique…).
